Ashland Berry Farm unleashes a brand-new season of screams with four terrifying haunts for 2025! Just outside Richmond in Hanover, Virginia, our farm transforms after dark into the region’s most horrifying haunted destination.

This year’s Terror on the Farm lineup drags you deep into nightmares with: Blackwater Bayou, Last Chance: Dead & Breakfast, Psycho Path 3D, and Booger Woods.

Begin your night with a haunted hayride into the dark woods… and the fear only builds from there. From swamp-born curses to twisted 3D illusions, from sinister innkeepers to the shadows that stalk you in the forest, every turn delivers high-energy frights designed to keep your pulse racing.

When you’ve survived the scares, catch your breath by the bonfire or refuel with farm-favorite treats, freshly fried donuts, hand-cut fries, and more.

During the day, the farm is filled with family fun, featuring pumpkin picking and fall activities. But after sunset, prepare yourself for Virginia’s ultimate haunted farm experience.

Black Water Bayou
Step into the swamplands where the air is thick with mist and whispers of dark magic. Voodoo priests and witch doctors rule these waters. Guiding you on a swamp tour you’ll wish you’d never taken. Tread carefully… here, the bayou itself might claim you.

Last Chance: Dead & Breakfast
Welcome to your final stay. Check in to this twisted inn, where the maid is already measuring you for a coffin, and the “last meal” comes with a sinister smile. Dress to impress as it’s the last outfit you’ll ever wear.

Psycho Path 3D
Slip on your glasses and step into a disorienting maze of madness. Colors shift, walls move, and deranged marionettes dangle overhead as psychotic visions close in from every angle. This isn’t just a haunted house, it’s a full-blown descent into insanity. What will your mind conjure?

Booger Woods: Nightwalkers Edition
The legend of Booger Woods grows darker than ever. Take a hayride to the edge of the forest, gather your courage at the bonfire, and then face a quarter-mile trail crawling with graveyards, pits, and swampy terrors. When the nightwalkers rise, there’s no telling who or what will follow you through the trees.
