Our haunts are geared to scare teenagers & adults. We leave it up to you to decide if you think your child can handle it.

Enter at your own risk. Our haunted attractions involve inherent risks. These events are designed to be dark and frightening, with uneven, slippery, and dimly lit pathways. Special effects, such as strobe lights, loud noises, flames, vertigo tunnels, fog, and more, are used throughout. By entering, you acknowledge these risks and waive any liability.

Since the event is outdoors, dress warmly and be prepared for the weather. The grounds and parking areas can be wet, uneven, and slippery. We highly recommend long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops, open-toed shoes, and high heels may look great, but they are not practical for our haunted attractions.

At this time, our haunts are not handicap accessible.

There is no set close time. We do stop selling tickets at 10PM. We are open until the last person that has a ticket is gone. On some evenings, tickets sales may be cut off earlier because we have reached maximum occupancy. Get your tickets early!

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Becasue of country living, the internet connection is slow. Bring Cash, it's faster.

If you are unsure if Ashland Berry Farm is operating due to weather, please call us 804-227-3601. Our automated system will be updated, usually by 4PM letting you know if we are closed. It will also be posted on our Facebook page as well!

The fast pass allows you to go to the front of the line for each haunt. Tell staff you would like to purchase a fast pass with your haunt tickets. No need to wait in the ticket line!

Saturday nights are usually the busiest night of the weekend and there is a possibility of long wait times. To avoid this, please try to arrive early or plan to come on a Friday or Sunday night.

If you are unable to finish going through the haunts, please bring your unused tickets to the register that night and have them signed. On the night you return, bring those signed tickets to the register so they can give you replacement tickets for that night.

No refunds or replacements. All sales are final.

Yes. Please note – ashland berry farm is not responsible for any lost items. We highly recommend that visitors keep cell phones, keys and other items in their pockets for the entire night.

Ticket Transfer Rules - You may transfer your tickets up to the night that you purchased. You cannot transfer tickets after the night you originally purchased has passed. - You may transfer your tickets to any available night, but if you select a night that is more expensive than your original night you will have to pay the difference How To Transfer Your Ticket(s) 1. Use the confirmation email’s custom URL to manage the ticket(s). Resend your confirmation email if you lost it. https://www.ticketsignup.io/TicketEvent/ABFTerrorOnTheFarm/Page/LostConfirmationEmail From the ticket confirmation email, guests will click on “Manage Tickets.” You will be taken to a link where the verification code provide in the confirmation email (noted in the screenshot above) will need to be entered. Then, click “Verify Access.” The ticket(s) will then appear after a successful submission of the verification code. 2. Select the new ticket From the drop-down menus, change the ticket group (in the example below, the ticket groups are the days of the event) and the ticket level (in this case, the tasting period for the chosen day). Once the options are selected, click on “Transfer Tickets.” 3. Verify ticket holder information The next screen will ask you to verify the details of the ticket holder. On the checkout screen, you will notice that an event transfer credit has been applied according to the settings added during the participant transfer set-up. A confirmation email with the details of the new ticket transferred to will automatically be sent to the ticket holder. The registration cart showing the event transfer credit will be included in the confirmation email.
